Where do I meet for the tour?
Meet at the Na Pali Riders office, 9600 Kaumuali‘i Highway in Waimea; after check-in, guests drive to Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor for launch.
Are life jackets provided?
Yes—lifejackets are available upon request at check-in, but they are optional for most riders.
Can non-swimmers snorkel?
No. If you are not a strong swimmer you will not be cleared to snorkel by crew for safety reasons.
What happens if weather is bad?
If conditions are unsafe the captain will cancel; you’ll be offered a rebooking or full refund—book early in your trip to allow flexibility.
Is the Zodiac ride suitable for children?
Older, physically able children may ride; the operator restricts passengers with back/neck issues, pregnancy or recent surgeries—check with the office beforehand.
