Currently, only single kayaks are available, but these are wide and stable enough to accommodate a small child or medium-sized dog with authorization and proper life jackets.

Can you transport gear to the lake?

On occasion, transport to the lake is available by request depending on scheduling, but generally, participants pick up gear at the Henderson location.

Do you offer refunds for bad weather?

Refunds are not guaranteed for windy or rainy days, but rescheduling is possible depending on conditions; we recommend paddlers research weather beforehand.

Is prior paddling experience required?

While beginners can rent, some prior experience or comfort with water is advisable due to variable wind and currents on Lake Mead.

What should I bring besides the kayak gear?

Bring sun protection, sufficient water, snacks, and appropriate clothing for desert conditions; hydration and sun safety are essential.

Are pets allowed on kayaks?
